RS-R USA makes every effort to ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date. However, all technical information is approximate and may vary based on individual vehicle factors. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges

Return for exchange or refund for all items will be allowed within 14 days upon delivery of the item(s). We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the allowed time.

There will be no return, exchange, or refunds on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, modified, scratched, painted, defaced, or replaced by the factory or used part(s). All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware must also be returned, or the customer will be charged.

It is the customer’s responsibility to repack the item(s) that are being returned and make sure that it is properly and securely packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent the item(s) from being damaged in transit. We cannot give credit or refund on a returned package that got damaged due to insufficient packing. Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned. All returns must be prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted. We recommend insuring the returned item(s) for its full value to protect against loss with the carrier.

All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by RS-R USA. Return products will be refused without an RMA#. An RMA# does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.

The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct application of the parts before installation. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns.

RS-R USA currently ships all in-stock Springs and Coilovers within the USA using UPS Ground with Signature Required. Smaller items such as RAN-UP may be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. If an item is not in stock at the USA location but available in Japan, air freight from Japan is available for a fee.

In-stock orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for in-stock items to ship out from our facility. We are open Monday-Friday from 9 AM-6 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and closed on weekends and most major holidays

Shipping time estimates through UPS Ground and USPS are 1-5 business days. We can not guarantee if an item will arrive by the estimated time. Delays may occur.

RS-R USA reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

RS-R USA DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the carrier has deemed the package lost in transit.

Shipping Error

If you receive an incorrect item(s) due to our error, we will issue a Call Tag to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge upon receipt of the incorrect part(s). All shipping errors must be reported to RS-R USA at [email protected] within 48 hours upon delivery of the item(s).

Shortage/Damaged Shipment

All items are inspected and packed carefully before it leaves our facility. If there is a shortage of item(s) or damaged shipment, claims must be reported to RS-R USA at [email protected] within 48 hours upon delivery of the item(s). Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material.

Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight, dimension and value of the product and the distance from our facility in Anaheim, CA to the buyer’s address via the UPS shipping program

Can you ship to a PO BOX?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.

Why do you only ship to the card’s billing address?

For security purposes, we only ship to the card’s billing address.

What if I need to ship to a different address?

To ship to a different address, please purchase from one of our authorized dealers.

Once a tracking number is provided, please contact the shipping carrier regarding any delivery note or instructions you may have.

Warranty

Warranty Policy 

All RS-R USA products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. All lowering springs are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase. All coilovers and coilover accessories are covered for 1 year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non transferable.

Warranty is excluded on any product that:

  1. Has been improperly installed or has not been properly installed by a qualified, licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation and removal of suspension products
  2. Has been improperly serviced, misused or modified, altered or subject to abuse, negligence, accident or collision
  3. has been installed on any vehicle used for racing or racing type activities, rallying, or off-road use.
  4. has been installed on any vehicle that has carried loads exceeding the automobile manufacturer’s vehicle weight limit.
  5. has been installed on any year, make, model, or trim of vehicle that differs from RS-R USA’s website (www.rs-r.com) product description of the year, make, model, or trim of vehicle.
  6. has been exported outside of the USA
  7. has been purchased outside of the USA and then imported to the USA
  8. is a special order item that has not previously been tested by RS-R USA on USA domestic vehicles
  9.  Is presented for warranty coverage by a person other than the purchaser
  10. Has been installed on a vehicle that has been modified

All warranty claims require an RMA number. The buyer can request an RMA number from the dealer/distributor they originally purchased. Any product submitted for a warranty claim must complete a vehicle inspection form and provide a sales receipt verifying the product and its purchase.

RS-R USA will not accept any products returned without an accompanying RMA number, sales receipt, and vehicle inspection form. C.O.D or collect shipments will be refused.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY COST OR LABOR INCURRED FOR INSPECTION, REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION, OR SHIPPING TO RS-R USA. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF TIME OR REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE OR COMPONENTS OF THE VEHICLE, ANY OTHER TYPE OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

RS-R USA will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product at RS-R USA’s discretion upon completion of inspection and verification of a product defect.

Outgoing warranty shipping costs from RS-R USA will be covered by RS-R USA and will be shipped via UPS GROUND w/ Signature Required. .

Terms and Conditions

  • RS-R USA provides and makes available this website. By using the website located at “www.rs-r.com” and the pages, features, information, content, applications and services contained therein from time to time (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or this “Agreement”), whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse the Service) or you are a “Member” (Which means that you have registered or transacted with the Service or a component thereof).   • Trademarks and Copyrights:  RS-R, RAN-UP, Sports*I, Black*I, Down Sus, Superdown Sus, Half Down Sus, Ti2000, RAN-UP Powersports and EX-MAG trademarks and service marks of RS-R is owned by RS-R USA. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited by law. Nothing on this Service or in this Agreement should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this Service without the prior written consent of RS-R USA specific for each such use. The Trademarks may not be used to disparage RS-R USA, RS-R USA products or services, or in any manner (using commercially reasonable judgment) that may damage any goodwill in the Trademarks. Use of any Trademarks as part of a link to or from any website is prohibited without RS-R USA prior written consent. Special Order Items

Special Order Items 

Items not regularly stocked at RS-R USA’s facility can be ordered from Japan as a special order item. Special order items must be paid in full before processing an order. If a special order item is canceled before it has shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee. We are unable to cancel any orders that have shipped. All sales are final, and there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped. A 7.75% sales tax will apply if you are based in California, USA.

All special order items may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from RS-R USA are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through RS-R USA may result in additional charges.
