The only reason I switched from RSR Super down springs, to RSR Sports I coilover is because there are no shock options for the car yet. So I figured, might as well bight the bullet and buy the best on the market. And honestly, I should have just bought these to start with. Although the springs ride super nice, and put the car at an amazing height, the coilovers just tick off all the right boxes for me.

They’ve reduced much of the remaining body roll from installing a bigger rear sway bar. Ride down the street pretty comfortable even with the rear dampers turned up about 3/4s of the way. With the rear sway bar, and a 245/45 falken tire this was clearly the missing link in my set up. Wonderful construction, and a bit of a shame you can’t see the beautiful polished top hats when you pop the hood. I only wish the damper control on the rear was located on the bottom of the shock instead of top. I have to jack the car up a little just to get my hand in that small space and blindly turn the knob. But since I’ve gotten it nearly dialed in and am happy with the feel, I don’t plan to have to get under there and re-adjust any time soon. So I’ll let that pass.

Would suggest setting the ride height a little lower than the preset on the front. I was getting pretty bad wheel spin in wet conditions from the weight transferring back. Took about 1/2″ or 13mm out of the ride height in the front and it sorted it out pretty well.
